Help us raise funds to offer caregiver respite, expand our programs, and offer services in more locations
We have been busier than ever and are pleased to announce that we have opened new Memory Cafes in North Ridgeville and Wooster - DOUBLING our service locations and reaching more people than ever before.
Together, we thrive. With your help, we continue to serve.
It takes a village
LIFE has brought more than one hundred individuals living with
dementia together each year to laugh, share ideas, develop meaningful
encounters and to provide engaging activities. We offer our services at no cost to participants - which is why LIFE is asking for donations to help us as we
continue to provide resources to those with dementia, as well as their
caregivers.
Every dollar raised counts. Your financial support breaks down to provide:
Donating $10
provides daily coffee for a group
Donate $50
provides activities for 10 people
Donate $300
provides an onsite Services Manager for one month
Donate $3,000
provides an onsite Services Manager for a given Memory Cafe location for a whole year
Donate $10,000
to run a location for one year - this means a Services Manager, exercise, arts and crafts, and lunch for a Memory Cafe location.
Every Dollar Counts!
Donating any amount helps us provide our services
While we won’t be able to gather this October, we want to take this time to help raise funds to ensure we can continue to provide these vital services to those with dementia and their caregivers once we reopen. In the meantime, we will continue to provide needed one-to-one support, share resources, and disseminate valued information.
This October, please consider giving to support our mission. Click the button below or at the top of the page to donate online, or you can mail your check to: A Dementia Friendly LIFE, P.O. Box 117, Oberlin, OH 44074.
Sincerely,
Carole Klingler, CEO of LIFE
